ADHD mental health disorders obviously still learning so obviously ask your doctor first

🤷taking medications spooks me caffeine stress so phewy to it don’t really needs them but hay ho can’t helps if I gets them and the hallucinations umm 🤔 like 2:30 🕝 few pills  💊 just got to let the stupid Brain settle down but can’t helps the back pain and medications for that onwards   Grrrr not funny still getting panic attacks and hallucinations from when I was overdosed so 🤷who knows how long that type of stuff last 

 Had it all my life , horrible isn’t it having an invisible mental health disorders 

Strange got a great set of teeth umm remember to brush your teeth my ADHD Freinds ,  Drink lots of water stay hydrated try that all your life got loads of them obviously medications help your body out with good food , all sounds boring doesn’t it if you have ADHD Exercise is another goodn so there I recon best things to think about if you have ADHD is stay healthy love ❤️ your self truly as your worth it . Obviously 🙄 you gona say Oy yoda lloyd what about issues put your hand up 🙋‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️Up to you nice NHS doctors and vroom they will always be nice and help you as I always put my hand up 🙋‍♂️ and say doctor help im struggling with my mental health disorders and vroom he and the nhs secretary’s have always been nice as pie and vroom shipped me of to my ADHD Phyciatrist’s if needs be and vroom helped so no need to sit in silence truly nowt to be ashamed of vroom phone ☎️ and say please 🙏 help as I think I have ADHD or if you already diagnosed well it’s not embarrassing 🙈 at all...

 I guess over 18 and always ask your doctor first but So so so so much to say a million words to say about finding out you have ADHD or dyslexia or any disorders on the spectrum.  Umm obviously found out late in life and millions and millions of questions go on in my Brain on the what ifs  Now I don’t hate my life but it’s been hard but it would of been boring if it wasn’t hard so like the brain just goes vrooom all those people who just conform or fit into the norm umm I look at them with there ice white walls and perfect goings on umm  Kind of look at it and think love 💕 it or would o hate it crazy 😜 bananas totally 💯 bananas when your phyciatrists says lloyd if it’s impossible to work out don’t try to long or you will cook your noodles 🤪🤯 Like if ever I sit down and have a dream vroom obviously 🙄 I think back umm but you supposed to learn from your mistakes so to not try and work stuff out kind of umm gets messy doesn’t it , Coowee  I am laughing my hea...

 I think ADHD is great umm and yea it’s got loads of bad points as well umm but it’s got loads of good points as well so like it’s true way way way to many bad points but it’s got the same good points as bad points so yea it evens it’s self out , So hang ten if your in a bad point situation as give it time and vroom you soon get to a good point again even though it feels like it’s for ever and ever and ever to get to umm if you get in a really bad accident don’t swear and swear at me if you loose an arm or a leg or qaudrapldict or something like that umm had a bad back for mist been 20 years I’m sure , umm bit of a problem I think if you have ADHD umm the pain game sorry not got the answers to that one either yet still learning and nearly 50 umm yep just did a college course and I guess umm lol 😂 passed it though lol , no fights no arguments umm wouldn’t the world be boaring if we were all the same , umm , Was chatting to my mate today and he said he had a son with ADHD dyslexia b...
